So I'm taking a poetry class and I found this today while doing research. I don't have anything to say about it right now...but I thought I should share it.

so. it less than 24 hours until moving time.
a. i have no idea how i'm going to get everything done that i need to
b. my excitement to be back is overwhelming
c. moving with a hangover, from the threesomes final tear it up tuesday, is gonna be a bitch...but theres no other option
d. everything always works out in the end
my room is a mess. random piles of shit all over. the living room is full of boxes, and i have furniture all over the lawn. and somehow i have to have everything in order by morning. i made myself a to do list. 12 items. every item i cross off is a beer i owe myself tonight. haha. im sure ill over drink that anyway. but i still like the encouragement.
well. that was a nice 5 minute distraction from priorities. back to business. |

oh livejournal. i forgot about you for so long. actually i was just to lazy to take the time to use you. but i'm here now. all though, time is limited, so i must hurry.
all last week my mom and sister were both on vacation. and it was amazing. no fighting, no yelling, nada. it was amazing. i could smoke in my underwear in the living room in the middle of the day. which is some kind of heaven. but i did have to work a ton....but now the bitches are back. and we are back at war. i'm not speaking to my mother, my dads not speaking to me, leah just got in her car and left. ahhh family. and im being punished for sleeping in yesterday by having to run like a million and five bitch ass errands for my mom.
and to make things better. i cant find anything good to listen to. itunes is failing me. nothing, i mean nothing, sounds good today. well except hanson. i had to turn the tv off. i felt super trashy after i realized i watched 2 hours of Dog the Bounty Hunter today. but it was time well spent.
i have my application for an apartment in an envelope, on the table, ready to send. so hopefully within the week i'll officially have a place of my own. oh gosh. how i cant wait. right downtown, air conditioning, within a block of studio, ajaxx, the den, and india cafe. mmmm.
i have at least a thousand things running thru my mind right now. things i want to write, but know i shouldnt. things i need to write about, but im too lazy. and things that i dont think i could ever put into words. damn you sappy lj.
it tuesday, which i usually look forward to. tear-it-up tuesday. but after last tuesdays mistakes...i dont know if i can handle tonight. i either need to remain sober..haha...or drink myself crazy. option #2 it is. no more nasty ladies tonight. no more nasty ladies ever.
ok..well i better get back to being the family bitch. if i use my time wisely i can be done by 6. be showered and ready by 630. and have a cold beer in one hand, a cigarette in the other by 730. ready, set, go |

my drunk darlings just called me. like clockwork. im always in bed, you all are always drunk. and it makes me miss you all so much. this is cheesy yes, but thats what lj is good for. ive been living in des moines for almost a year now, and putting up with such drunk calls for almost that long. but tonight i really really feel the pain of being away from IC and everyone and everything there. i'm down to just a few short months before i'm back home. i know this summer will be amazing. and fall will be even better. but i need ic here right now.
i really hope its true that the friends you make in college will be your friends for life. because you people are the best friends mamma could ever ask for. you make me angry a lot and cause my life to be much more stressful then it needs to be...but the love i have for you all makes up for all that.
3 short months until i'm back home with my amazing big gay family. |

i was spontaneous today. maybe too spontaneous. all though it nearly emptied my wallet..i think it was a good decision.
Matching peace doves on either shoulder, which are part of a larger plan for the back, which I hope to finish by summers end.
I tried to take a picture that got the whole thing. But that was too difficult, so i gave up. |
